"The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. So thank you I am a very pleased person. If anyone needs concrete work done I would say to hire AH concrete. Very reasonable pricing as well."

"Civil arrived for the estate and were very clear on what materials were needed and did not try to upsale me. On the day of work they arrived early and worked diligently to get everything done and cleaned up and made sure I was happy with their work before leaving. Afterwards I received a call to make sure I was satisfied. Overall it was an excellent experience working with Civil Contracing."

"Excellent work. Amazing results. We discussed our needs and the design was so much more than we expected! Our project was delayed due to weather, but were kept informed almost daily. The crew was here when scheduled and we were kept informed of the process. Very hard-working crew and we are so pleased with with our new, huge and great designed driveway! Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

If your concrete steps have crumbled or chipped, you can fix them by removing any chips or flakes, cleaning and wetting the affected area, applying a concrete bonding agent, and finally applying new concrete, usually in the form of Portland cement. For widespread damage, you can consider concrete resurfacing instead. For fixing concrete spalling that has led to deep damage, you might need to remove damaged material, add structural supports, and pour new concrete into a mold.

A resurfaced concrete driveway typically lasts between 8 and 15 years, with an average of around 10 years. The actual lifespan depends on several factors, including the quality of the original concrete, how well the resurfacer was applied, the amount of traffic it endures, and the local climate. Exposure to intense sunlight, rain, snow, and frequent temperature fluctuations can weaken the surface more quickly. To prolong its life, you should reseal the concrete every one to three years and patch any small cracks as they appear.

Small cracks should be filled with a flexible crack filler, like a rubberized asphalt-emulsion crack filler or a flexible masonry crack filler. Larger cracks need something a bit more solid to prevent further movement and to avoid having to use too much of the flexible filler. For concrete, you can use a concrete backer rod while asphalt can handle sand, gravel, or even dirt.

To maintain concrete floors, clean them regularly with a damp mop and avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the finish. Reseal the concrete every 2-3 years to protect the surface and enhance its appearance.

Regular sealing and cleaning to maintain appearance and functionality.
