"Adding the insulation into the attic was good and pretty straight forward. Unfortunately towards the end of the job, part of the power went out in the house? I tried a few things but am not very experienced and wasn't able to restore power. Rob ended up coming out to our house after 5pm on a Friday to see if he could fix the issue. When he couldn't, he arranged for an electrician to come out early the next morning. Turns out the cause was a loose wire :( Adding the insulation to the attic was a job that was performed quick;y and professionally. But the after care, communication and the willingness to help resolve our electrical issue was outstanding! Would definitely recommend"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
