He communicated during every step of my two main projects and made sure I was happy before he wrapped up. He was very tidy and did a great job of cleaning up each day. The end results exceeded my expectations. The acrylic shower surround he installed in my master looks gorgeous and the trim work and flooring he installed looks crisp and clean.
