As for his work, the words “top-notch”, “first-rate” come to mind. He and his crew are outstanding professionals. The whole construction was done with such care and proficiency. My husband and I are delighted with the result. Hugo’s work was not inexpensive but I did not want to end up with a car port ! Considering that we got exactly what we wanted, with the quality of both material and workmanship, we felt it was a fair deal. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"I had Guardian coat my 2 1/2 car garage floor 2 years ago, and it still looks as good as it did when it was new. So after expanding my porch by extending the existing concrete slab, we noticed the color of the old and concrete was different than the new concrete. We looked at various low maintenance options to cover both the old and new concrete, which was partially exposed to the outside elements, as well as, protected inside the porch, and the only thing that made sense was to have Guardian cover all of it.. inside and out. Mr. Joe Marshall was the one I felt I could trust and he proved me right. He kept me informed and my granddaughter was pleased at being able to personalize the space and keep on budget. He also checked other areas of the house that needed attention and made sure it was done. My precious granddaughter is safe and happy.
