Repair person was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the screen quickly. I had to pay the minimum cost for a house visit ($100.00) even though the actual repair might have cost less. He left me with an estimate for the entire porch which I will likely do later this summer.
The installer did his job well. The sales associate on the phone oversold the "pet screens" and their durability, but that is to be expected. It is a screen so they can only be so durable and still affordable.

CEO Bill Valway started this business in a garage in 2001 and it has since grown to three divisions, Applied Graphics and Media, with over 30 employees and is now operating in two states, Maryland and North Carolina.
