Repair person was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Fixed the screen quickly. I had to pay the minimum cost for a house visit ($100.00) even though the actual repair might have cost less. He left me with an estimate for the entire porch which I will likely do later this summer.
The installer did his job well. The sales associate on the phone oversold the "pet screens" and their durability, but that is to be expected. It is a screen so they can only be so durable and still affordable.

Service calls are $75 for the first hour with a one hour minimum and $50 for each additional hour after that for most work. Bigger jobs, moving, hauling and lawn care we will give you a written estimate for free. We are polite, courteous and on time.
