"I met Richard Allbritton owner of Holy Water Plumbing almost a year ago. He installed a tankless system and installed an all house purification system at that time. Both of which was the best changes I could have made. My house regulator failed two days ago and I called Richard this past Monday (memorial day) even though it’s almost a year since I’ve seen him and even though he was away on vacation he still answered my phone call. He told me he was starting a large job the next day but he would find the time to come by. "They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. "Fine, despite "Murphy's" best attempt to cause havoc. The front door frame needed to be repaired as well when the threshold and new front door were installed because the spot for the lock was not secure. The guys made sure everything was safe and in good working order. The windows were special order because they had to be inserted into stonework. The company that made the windows did not make them the size specified on the order form. That meant it took longer to find a way to get them to fit into the walls, but the guys cheerfully worked out a way without us needing to wait for new windows to be produced. Our tenants have been very pleased with the improvements. We are also pleased that Handyman Xpress was able to get them installed before the new tenants needed to move in. Made the process much easier for all of us."
