"You don’t stay in business for 25 years without being customer centric and that’s exactly what Gravel Guys and Keith Kelly are! We had our driveway re-stoned and it looked spectacular when finished. Go figure, a few days after we had a torrential downpour, one that flooded nearby neighborhoods. The waterflow off our driveway had changed since the new stone was added and came close to creeping into the garage. I sent Keith videos and within a few days he was back on sight, modifying the grade enough to prevent a recurrence. We chatted a bit and he commented his new customers come mainly from ‘word of mouth;’ add me to those who ‘pass the word!’ Fred E"
