He called me the day of my request and was at my house a couple days later to work up the quote. His quote was reasonable and he let us know he would be able to do the job within a week. It is quite rare these days to have anyone in the service industry do anything in a timely manner. Eric had the job completed within 10 days of our initial conversation. Very impressive!! His job was thorough and quite impressive. I recommend him to anyone that is interested in landscaping service in the Roanoke Valley area."

"We have had many landscapers over the years. None have been as honest or frankly as fun to deal with as Gabriel. We had our front beds weeded and laid down river rock. It looks absolutely amazing. Gabriel suggested starting smaller with the rock order, basically an order more if needed approach. I appreciated this as it kept the costs controlled and didn’t leave me with mounds of unused material. On top of doing a wonderful job, he has made suggestions to expand our therapeutic riding program to include kids in foster care (promising to also volunteer). It’s apparent Gabe cares about quality, honesty, and building relationships, consistently asking if we were happy with the work. We will definitely be hiring Gabe and Dream Homz Landscaping again! "In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

Their operations manager was at my home at 11am the next day and was able to give me a proposal in writing for the project before he left. The work commenced three days later. The installers did a fantastic job of removing my pinestraw, installing metal edging and putting down mulch. They even added extra areas without charge that were not including in the proposal! From beginning to end, everyone with whom I interacted from Earthscape was lovely: kind, professional and happy to be doing the job...the kind of people I would love to have as neighbors. I cannot recommend The Earthscape Company highly enough and have already recommended them to two neighbors that have projects Earthscape could do. Would that everyone that provides in-person services were so fantastic!"
