The Artistic Works is a stone fabrication shop with over 20 years of experience. The owner is also an operator and has his hands in all jobs. We use no subcontractors, all work is done by our team of professional. All estimates are FREE on all projects. We will go just about anywhere to do work, we've gone as far as OH, VA, Washington DC, SC, FL and PA.

The owner of The Artistic works in Stedman, NC, Phil, just left my house after installing a backsplash in my kitchen. He had previously installed granite in my kitchen and all 3 bathrooms with no problem. For some unknown reason he refuses to come back to seal the tile, which has to be sealed so if you cook alot like I do and happen to get grease on it, it won't be ruined. I am in complete shock as his wife had assured me this needed to be done and he would simply give me a date and a price.  I have purchased about $6,000.00 worth of tile and granite from The Artistics Works and was so shocked to have Phil refuse to come back and finish the job! Yet he tells me He is the only certified installer in the county and was happy to take the $1,000.00 for material and labor but refuses to finish the job....This is crazy!!!! SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The process went very well.  As far as the granite installation, be sure the installer knows about the kitchen cabinet install and exactly what is going in - it will help him with his granite installation.

From initial meeting at their warehouse, picking out my granite and coming out to measure, estimate, making templates and the 3 day turn-around it was great. And Phil even made an extra trip the last day due to my faucet being a different size. He cleaned up after, and was very professional.
