This was a difficult job - 3 story house, bevel cedar siding and shakes, steep roof covered in solar panels, multiple gables, 4 different colors. Dario and his team are pros - hard working, skilled, pay attention to detail, never cut corners, took care of the little things that make a difference, e.g. cleaning, surface prep, masking, drop cloths to protect surfaces. He came out and after trying several things, we both agreed that the reason my disposal wasn't working was because it tired out after 18 years. He went an purchased a new one and came back and installed it all within 1 1/2 hours. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again."

"Our project involved replacing decking, pickets, risers, treads, and stringers, on a 12 year old PT pine wood double deck that spans two sides of our home, along with straightening the 6 x 6 vertical support posts. The estimate for the project was well under the final price due to many items on the deck that needed to be replaced but could not be seen until removed. The work crew varied from two men to as many as five on any given day and they were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their approach to the project. The owner kept in constant communications with us regarding delays or days in which work could not be accomplished due to weather conditions or other issues. Even though the project was well over budget, in the end we felt we had a quality project with no short cuts and a renewed deck that should last many years into the future.."

A tree hit the corner of my house when Helen hit so miguel the owner came out looked at the damaged and him and his team or i can say his family because its a family business. They really know what they doing they came on time and worked hard my house look like it wasn't even damaged after they finished. Im having him come back to build a roof on the top of deck and other things because they do some many things. I dont know about you guys but if you can find somebody you trust and can do all the work you need stick with them thats why im sticking with Miguel and RUEDA CONSTRUCTION you want be sorry."

"We were having the exterior of our house painted and realized on a Friday that the siding in the front needed to be completely replaced due to significant sun damage. Pavel came out on Saturday to assess the situation (which was essential since the painters were on the job already) and got to work on Monday removing the old siding and completed the job by Tuesday.
