Jim was very patient with the issues we were having dealing with the insurance of the company that originally installed our siding. He and his workers were diligent, friendly and professional. They paid close attention to detail and made sure their work was done correctly and that we, as the customer, were satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend them and use them again if ever needed.

Hi , James R. Living in West Asheville near Haywood rd. and Burton st. This company has installed a full roof on the main house for me in the past , as will as re-roofing my garage a few days ago , and the job was professionally done...... Very satisfied, I would recommend to others. ð  

I learned that you have to have specifics in writing, no hearsay. Had my deck rebuilt. Good work, siding/ roof replaced. After several months, I noticed the siding was showing signs of wear where the nails were seeded. I called several times and even sent pics to show the discoloration. I was told they would return to correct, and it has been 2 years. I have gone by the office several times, called many times, and no response... I would like a phone call to have my issue corrected. Also, I have had several professional tell me they, Custom exterior, should have sealed the siding areas with sealant, which prevents insects, moisture from entering the frame. They did not use sealant... Overall good work, but a few areas of concern.

We hired Carolina Custom Exteriors to repair cedar siding on our house and add metal flashing. They were professional and did a great job, for a good price.

I was very pleased. they came out right away to give me an estimate and then were out the next week to replace my roof. It was a very cold, windy day but they were up there all day and cleaned up well. They were also very understanding w/a small glitch in the payment of the balance.

It was a small job - repair not replacement. The roof will need replacement in the next few years but I got no pressure to go ahead and do it now. He came in the morning to give the estimate and the repair was completed that same afternoon.

Being an out of town owner of a house in Ashevill this was all done by either email or phone with a little intervention by my property management company (mostly to pay the money). While I have not seen the work for myself both the management company and a friend I sent by to look at the work tell me it looks great.

They immediately returned my call for service. They were curteous & completed my two repairs promptly. It was a good experience and I would use them again.

He had to do two repairs. Granted, the first repair was done ina pouring rain, the second in a light rain. It hasn't rained since so I have no idea if there will need to be a third repair. I was bothered by the fact that there was only a ninety day warranty when they had to come out and fix the same leak twice, and with the weather we've been having it may not rain heavily for another ninety days, so there's no telling if it's actually fixed.
