They take great care to get everything right while taking care to avoid damaging adjacent areas not involved in repair. They fixed rot around 7 large east facing windows; removing and reinstalling them, installing new and proper wrapping around them and flashing over top of the upper ones. Finally new trim around them replacing rotted trim and new Hardee siding and painting all to match. Excellent job. I'd recommend them highly. They prefer to work by the hour rather than fixed price and that makes great sense when the extent of damage to structures is unknown until outer layers are removed. They work very efficiently with good work crew and proper management that is attentive to working fast and thoroughly. The work site is neat and doesn't detract from adjacent beach properties.
