They started in February or March, it is not finished yet. It is going excellent overall. I called five other HVAC providers in the area and they did not want to put in a new system but Master Heating & Cooling were willing to do the work. I would tell others to call them directly without bothering to call other providers.

Installation of new HVAC systems (inside & outside, upstairs & downstairs) occurred very promptly and smoothly, the administrative process was done very professionally and efficiently, including Master taking care of warranty registrations, etc. Maintenance and service from Master in the past has been prompt, efficient and complete, and we have no reason to expect anything different in the future.

It went very smoothly.  Upon arrival, the 2 technicians kept me informed every step of the way as to their progress.  As it was cold and I would be without heat for the better part of the day, they would periodically check in with me to tell me how much work they had to do before the new unit would be up and running.
As said, the heat pump was warming the house up by 5 that evening.  They were prompt, professional and conscientious in their work.

After over a year of continuous service problems with one of the mini split units, Master Heating & Cooling replaced the entire unit at no cost.  They have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient.
