Office kept us informed of the arrival time of the workers. Workers did a great job.

They were very honest and thorough. They fixed the problem and did not overcharge me.

Had a major malfunction with our pool timer and electrical systems. Josh (lead) and Richard (trainee) were assigned the task. Analysis of the problem was immediate and the reinstallation was completed in a very timely manner. Both techs were personable and highly skilled. Also found out through our conversations that they were both prior military. As a 30-year Navy Chief, I’m was inspired to know that this company not only hires Vets, but you hire competent technical experts. Will certainly spread the word about fair pricing and sending experts to fix my electrical problems. Will hire you folks again!

I had the great good fortune to get Brian and Chris to handle these jobs. The level of service they provided was far beyond my expectations. Electrician explained how he was going to troubleshoot the problem. Very knowledgeable about mid eighties construction. Made recommendations for other upgrades. Very happy and he arrived the same day I called!

These guys did a great job And I feel like the price the charge was fair for the work that they did.

They were timely returning calls, and came when they indicated , service was completed and done well. Was only able to get one other quote , Sergeants price was better, I thought could have been a little cheaper, but overall I guess for the market it was ok.

At the beginning there was some confusion about the time of our appointment due to Sergeantâ  s having had two people with the same name call At the end of last week. Once we sorted that out it was smooth sailing. They were able to send somebody out the same day to determine the cause of my ceiling fan not working. Alex came and determined very quickly that it was the transmitter in the fan, he suggested that we install an in-wall fan control which we agreed to. Alex was competent, courteous and tidy.. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a fair price, they came and did the job and left with a very happy customer. I would definitely suggest them to anybody needing electrical work.
