"Tommy came yesterday to clean our sofa. When I called to schedule the appointment, he said he would arrive between 10-11 am. There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. When he left, the sofa was dry....no two hour drying time like other companies. Highly recommend!!"

"They came out the same day that we called which was great because we had to have the work done before the next morning.  Furthermore, the technicians arrived on time, did a good job with the cleaning, and were very nice and professional during all of our dealings."

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"Took care of upholstery cleaning for a couch, love seat, and chair, plus carpet cleaning for an area rug cleaning and screened porch. They did a great job! Very easy to work with. Mike is a great communicator by phone or through Angie's List, highly responsive and provides complete details on the work. Competitively priced. Recommended."

"It was a pleasure working with these guys. They did me a big favor on the timing. I had to get these services done asap because my rugs and furniture were coming the next day. The floors look so awesome now! They shine and are wonderful to walk on because I know they are really deep-down clean. The carpets are so clean and refreshed, that I am sure they will last many years. All the guys were so nice and accommodating. They stayed later to get it done. It took some time and a lot of muscle to get it right again. They service all over Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham and surrounding areas. I'm so glad I found them and I will use them annually going forward just to keep things ship-shape."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"The service was very professional and the cleaning was excellent."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"

"This company was absolutely amazing. Prompt, very detailed and deep cleaned and extremely well priced. My house and carpet looked amazing when she finished. Very polite will most definitely hire for all future cleanings!"
