I have used Sebastion's pretty consistently for approximately 20 years. Sebastion is the owner and operator. On one occasion, I have used the biggest company in town and on another a popular company that advertises on radio with a groupon. Very bad idea! The first, I had to call Sebastion's to come out and clean up the mess--a really soggy carpet, and the coupon was useless because the carpet was still dirty and included some expensive "upgrades" that did nothing. Sebastion does what quotes. On a cold and snowy day, he was meticulously neat and sealed around the front door to keep the cold air out. I had a huge red wine stain from visitors on a very light colored carpet. I called Sebastion and he came the next day to work on the stain. Afterwards, it was almost invisible if you didn't know it was there, and disappeared completely when he came out three days later to do all the mentioned rooms. While Sebastion was here, I noticed a big food stain on a newly re-appolstered dining room chair when I moved it out of the way. Sebastion cleaned that for free. I have learned my lesson and will only use Sebastion's. The two "deals" were no deal at all, because of poor quality work and some "creative pricing".

I can't say enough about the top notch quality this company provides. We probably shouldn't have waited as long as we did, making some of the stains (dog included) a tad more challenging, but Nathan took on the task and did an excellent job of restoring our carpets to freshness and stain free. I didn't think our high traffic areas, stairs, could actually look presentable again, but they look new now. Amazing job.

Have worked with Nathan at Sebastian's carpet care on several other occasions. His work has been exceptional in all regards: simple scheduling, excellent communications and a mastery of his craft. Three bedrooms, hallway, loft, stairs and family room all needed a cleaning. Scheduling was very simple with a follow up reminder call the week-of service. Nathan called 30 minutes prior to appointment and provided an ETA which was exactly as scheduled. When arrived, Nathan did a look-over of all areas to be cleaned, addressed any special cleaning needs and provided an exact cost of services. Time needed to perform services was approximately 2.5 hours. Provided instructions for proper drying of all areas cleaned, collected payment and was on his way. Carpets needed about 3 hours to dry to the touch with the help of area fans and look beautiful.

I contacted Sebastian's Carpet Care to get a quote on cleaning our basement carpet. The person on the phone stated that they could not give me a quote until they saw the carpet, but did give me a price range since I had the square footage. I was satisfied with the price range and scheduled the work. They called a before days before the appointment to confirm they had us on the schedule. Nathan showed up a bit early and did a great job. The price was close to the phone estimate. We will use Sebastian's again.

Exceptional work! Heavy staining was removed...this is professional work, with personal, respectful service. I have used him several times and always had the same result. Last year I used A-1 and was insulted by one staff member and afterwards was displeased with the job. Do not use anyone else

It went wonderful, Nathan is very good. Very cautious about telling people what needs to do. He was able to remove red wine stain from the white sofa and white carpet. He is very professional, pleasant and friendly!

Beautifully! Nathan was efficient, and the carpets look new again. We had used Zerorez 3 times before, but were concerned that their cleaning seemed to cause our carpet to stretch, causing buckling. A friend told me about Sebastian, and I am so glad she did. GREAT WORK! Very reasonable, too.

I've used them a number of times and he always does a great job AND significantly less expensive than compaines like zerorez. I do have a dog with seperation anxiety and pees on the carpet frequently. Some of the stains will never come up no matter who cleans them. Nathan does a great job and is very upfront about results.

It went well. He performed a minor miracle on the carpets. The couch just needed "freshening." This service is in demand, so expect to wait for an appointment.

Carpets looked great. Expectations were made clear ahead of time. It was extra $$ for spot work, but it was worth it. Red stains gone!.

We had pets stains and they did a excellent job removing them. The price is high but it is very worth it. He was very thorough, explains what he is doing. Informed me on what not to do while cleaning carpets on your own. They are very busy so there are wait times at moments.

They do outstanding work and we will continue to use their services.
