They were very competent and conscientious. When the first treatment did not completely remove the stain, they used another product that worked. They were careful to not rough up the surface of the carpet and to make sure when they were done that all the carpet looked the same--the part they had routinely cleaned and the area that had the stain. They were very professional and easy to work with. I have recommended them to others and plan to use them again soon.

Almost all of the stains were gone after cleaning. There were some really tough stains on delicate fabrics that were much, much less noticeable. I was very happy with the results.

They did a good job. They were very friendly and very nice to deal with. The walls on the carpets were dirty because I did have some problems from the heat pump. I was kind of disappointed that they didn?t automatically clean it and I had to ask them to do that, but they did clean it after I asked them. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very prompt and they did a great job cleaning. They were very accommodating and fit me in within short a notice given the urgent need I had. They used a handheld cleaner, which I was glad, so I did not have to worry about hoses scratching up my walls.

I really liked that they were able to come so quickly and that they gave me a time when they would be here (rather than a window like the other companies).
