"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall.
