"We've had so many bad experience with contractors in the past and I was just tired of it. We needed to replace our roof and it was just another contractor we had to find. We were referred by a friend to Roofstruction. We did get a few quotes from other roofers before Travis came over to take a look. He was the ONLY roofer who actually got up on the roof and showed us places that needed to be fixed right away. We knew just from talking to them that they were the right ones for the job. I explained that I owned a business as well and that I felt like the construction business was full of people who don't care about their customers like I do with mine. Travis agreed and told us that they were glad to lose money if it mean giving us good customer service.This is what ultimately drew us to Roofstruction. Honestly, our roof job turned out to be more than I'm sure they wanted to deal with and they lived up to what they said. I think any business can get a 5 star rating when a customer is easy, the insurance pays and everything goes right. The real 5 star businesses should be measured by the way they handle it when it goes wrong. First off, the guys at Roofstruction literally pulled our old roof off and put the new one on in 5.5 hours. It was unreal to watch them work. We live in a 3000 sqft. home so it's not like it was a tiny roof. Our neighbor was amazed that they finished so quickly, as were we. That part was pretty much perfect and looks amazing. Here's where Roofstruction set themselves apart though. We have a faux balcony over our porch and it was done wrong by a subcontractor. Instead of saying, sorry, that's not our problem anymore (like we have found most contractors would). Travis ripped off the whole porch (which needed to be done) and redid it from scratch. It looks amazing now and I know they lost money on this job. Yet they did it anyway. Thank you Travis and team. We know that this wasn't the easiest job and we're thankful for your hard work on it. We hated that our job wasn't the easiest to deal with but glad that we FINALLY hired a good company. If you're looking for a roofing company. Use Roofstruction. They are different from the rest."

"We had an inspection done on 25Jul24, complete with a shared gallery of pictures taken by a roof Medic project manager. The project manager reviewed the pictures, showing my wife and myself the damage and what would be corrected. By September we began questioning (multiple times) for a timeline on the roof replacement, finally to be told bigger jobs were taking priority. Once the job started, middle Nov24, we were called no less than 3 times requesting additional money by the project manager saying the insurance company was not paying for the additional damage they found. When asked if insurance had been contacted we were told no they weren’t. When the roof install was completed by Roof Medic there were several areas that were noted in Roof Medic pictures in Jul24 that were damaged and we were told would be corrected by the project manager that were not corrected. When asked the project manager stated that insurance would pay for that damage. The day after completion the project manager called and asked that we pay the invoice without a review of the finish project. When we asked the project manager about the interior damage he asked if we wanted to deal directly with the subcontractor as he acknowledged the issues with Roof Medic we had during this ordeal. We agreed and took the name of the subcontractor and paid the bill. We called our insurance SafeCo to determine the path forward with the interior subcontractor, only to be told that 1100.00 of what was charged on the invoice by Roof Medic was for the interior subcontractor. We were also told that additional money was requested and was awarded, this is contrary to what was told to us all along the install by the project manager, as we were also paying out of our pockets additional money. We have had no reply from emails sent over a week to voice our concerns."

"This company was contracted to do the roofing across my new build neighborhood. Within 3-4 years, multiple new homes were experiencing leaks requiring significant repair, and at least 2 roofs required complete replacement due to the lack of quality in the roof, including wood rotting beneath shingles, exposed nails across >250 shingles and multiple vents/flashings, and complete lack of waterproof underlayment, among other issues. I had 2 second opinions come out and confirm the issues, and called AO to make it right. They did send guys out to fix the issues free of charge, but upon re-inspection with a second opinion, it appears they 1) ignored exposed nails that had been marked 2) shoddily caulked some shingles instead of replacing 3) for those shingles that were replaced, they were not resealed, leaving them prone to wind rain damage 4) shingles overlap instead of butting up to one another and 5) complete sections of the roof were missed, among other numerous issues. I'm now likely in line for a significant repair or complete replacement of a 4 year old roof. I cannot in good faith recommend Alpha-Omega due to quality issues seen across homes in my neighborhood and now as assessed twice on my home. Avoid if possible."
