We called over a dozen companies to get estimates and none came out or even returned calls. Then we found housetop. They came out when they said they would and gave a fair bid. Of course we hired them and couldn't be happier. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even cleaned our gutters. We highly recommend them.

Overall, this the best experience I've ever had with a contractor for services. They arrived on time, and were so polite, very professional. My new roof looks so good, I'm very pleased. They did such good work, I had them do additional work of installing new gutters.

Based on my interaction with Robert and Debbie, I should rate them 5 stars HOWEVER the crew they had has changed that! The crew used an area in my backyard behind the shed as their “porta potty”. I called the office and Debbie was so very apologetic. She said she’d notify the foreman, Jimmy immediately. He did not come to apologize or address it till it was time to bring me the invoice. I have giant breed dogs who will chew on anything they find and was assured that the crew would use a magnetic tool to retrieve all leftover nails from the perimeter of my home. Thankfully I did a walkthrough after they left…. I found 13 nails laying around the rock beds surrounding my home. My dogs could have been seriously injured if they picked these nails up.

They were done in 5 hours. Amazing, and the best price for hand nailing. We got a 3D shingle that is energy efficient, and a tax credit for $500. Great crew.

Got a quick estimate of wind damage to roof after a major storm. This old roof (18 years) sustained major wind damage. Estimate was confirmed by insurance adjuster. Housetop crew arrived within the week and replaced the shingles in a little over one day. I was impressed by the conscientiousness of the crew in removing the old shingles to protect my shrubbery and in showing me repair issues needed for areas with bad flashing. They did a great job.

Housetop was very professional. Communicated all the aspects of the job to me. Showed up on time with all materials needed to complete the job. Worked with me on how best to approach and replacement of certain pieces near my chimney that were rotting. I like the fact that the crew all work directly for Housetop instead of subcontractors. Safety also seemed to be prioritized which I appreciated. I would recommend them to others. The roof looks great and has been performing well for the last three (3) months.

It went well. Had to reschedule for the following day because the crew had some unexpected issues on the job before mine but it was not a problem. The team missed 2 sections but came back immediately when they were informed about the oversight and also resealed a gas log fireplace that is vented through the roof. Thanks guys!

That was very reasonable. They were excellent, very timely, very responsive, and very professional. They came out on Monday for an estimate and then they provided that estimate to me and then they came out today to do the fix, which was great. They were very clean.

Great job. Did the work as scheduled and had a full crew. Work completed in 1 1/2 days. Protected landscaping and cleaned up completely. Supervisor on site for the work. Everything HAND NAILED. 10 year warranty. Couldn't be happier.

They did not do the work satisfactorily at all. I have had another couple of roofers come out to my house and the roof they replaced, they were nailed in and are already coming loose. So they did not install it properly either. They did okay with their responsiveness to me. They did not do what they were supposed to do and they did not do what they did do properly. They were referred to me by my realtor.

"In May of 2016, Housetop was called by the customer requesting an estimate for roofing repairs. We met with the customer who at that time identified the problem area on the roof. An estimate detailing the scope of work that would be performed was provided to and accepted by the customer. In October of 2016, at the homeowner's request, Housetop was called to look at a leak. This leak was located in a completely different area of the roof then was previously identified. We then explained to the homeowner that this complaint was in an area outside of the original contract. However, Housetop did offer to repair this area at cost, meaning the customer would only be charged for labor, auto fuel and material. This offer was declined by the homeowner. As always, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and regret that we were unable to satisfy the homeowner. Robert Williams Owner"

Excellent work. George and Jimmy removed the entire old roof and two sky lights. Replaced 5 sheets of plywood, installed the new roof and cleaned up the work area.
