Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. "Perfection Remodeling will be our one and only call for any work we do on our home. They are communicative, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. Came out to look at my roof and were very informative.   They spent time pointing out my neighbors house, the shortcuts their roofer had made and why that roof may not last over time / through a hurricane.

They replaced my roof, replaced a lot of the damaged wood under the old shingles. Took down my unused oil burner chimney to below the roof line and roofed over it. Took pictures of the work in progress and gave me them when finished.  Everything happened on time, and cleaned up afterwards.

I also had them replace my windows. That also went smoothly. All thier workers were great, very polite and answered any questions I had.  When it was discovered that the window manufacturer had sent one window that was the wrong style, they put in a temporary window. Came back 2 weeks later and installed the correct one with out any issue.

They will be my first point of contact for future work on the house.  

So happy I found someone who I can trust to do a job RIGHT.
