About us
Active Duty Military Discounts We are a service company that has been in business since 1993. We focus on quality work, and improving your energy bill. We have three employees year round, and about six during the busy air conditioning season. Most of our employees are NC State mechanical license holders. We also hold an electrical license with the company to ensure electrical safety in all our installations. We service all brands, but specialize in Trane and Carrier made equipment. We do install new install new equipment and specialize in energy management for your home. We offer several price ranges for preventive maintenance starting as low as $49. For repairs or a no heat or AC call we prefer to charge hourly, at $65 for an entire hour of work on your system. Our average repair invoice on a system is very close to $100 total, and we think that is something to brag about. Visit our website, or contact us any way and line up a visit today. Brian walked us though the options, explained pros and cons, and ran the numbers on our probable load requirements based on the floorspace, ceiling height, house orientation, window square footage, etc. He came back with some recommendations, we made a choice and scheduled the work.
He was there when he said he would be there, he did what he said he would do in the time he said it would take to get it done. And he stood by his work. We had a single glitch. Our fancy new wi-fi connected thermostat went brain dead about a week after the install. Nothing to do with the installation. Electronics sometimes fail. We called Brian about the issue, and he showed up the same day with a replacement. Installed it. No cost. No questions. That was the only issue we had
I spent some time under the house after the installation, and had a look at my shiny new furnace and new gas piping. It was quality work. Duct and pipe joints cleanly fitted, insulated and sealed. Pipe and vent runs nice and level. Quality work.
Brian is capable, and perhaps more importantly, honest. I can recommend him without hesitation or reservation.
