Any unused materials are either left with the customer or returned to our vendor. If materials are returned to our vendor, the customer is given the credit for those returned items and are not charged for any of it. In most situations, we do not ask for any money up front. Consultations are with the homeowner before, during and after any job. We do not use subcontractors on any of our work. Depending on what the emergency is, we are available for our established customers.
