The other guys warranty usually lasts until your check clears. Each job is different and are based on labor charges with material costs to be added. Materials are not marked up. The customer pays only for the materials that are used. Any unused materials are either left with the customer or returned to our vendor. If materials are returned to our vendor, the customer is given the credit for those returned items and are not charged for any of it. In most situations, we do not ask for any money up front.
