We offer the best quality workmanship in all phases of repairs, renovations and home improvements. We are hard working, honest, dependable and on time.We champion for the elderly and our friends with special needs. We tend to work mostly for homeowners rather than builders, as this cuts the homeowners cost on average by 15%. We also go the extra mile in quality control and stand behind our work. The other guys warranty usually lasts until your check clears. We offer free estimates and welcome our potential customers to obtain others for comparison but feel the customer also needs to consider the quality of work that will be done. Each job is different and are based on labor charges with material costs to be added. Materials are not marked up. The customer pays only for the materials that are used. Any unused materials are either left with the customer or returned to our vendor. If materials are returned to our vendor, the customer is given the credit for those returned items and are not charged for any of it. In most situations, we do not ask for any money up front. Consultations are with the homeowner before, during and after any job. We do not use subcontractors on any of our work. Depending on what the emergency is, we are available for our established customers.

He has not followed up on his commitment to fix the sidewalk nor has he put in the bushes that were part of the job I paid him for. He has made no effort to contact me or make good on his promises.
I would not recommend him for anything based on this experience. I you can't count on a contractor to stand by his work or to live up to his promises you cannot trust them to do the job.
"Customer has been told numerous times that I will be back to repair the cracks in the walkway and any plants that are to be planted/re-planted but all this work needs to be done during warmer weather which we are just now beginning to have since spring has finally come to the mountains. We do guarantee our work and may not be able to get back to make any necessary repairs and/or adjustments as quickly as the customer thinks we should. We do, however, take care of our customers before, during and after the work. I am sorry(removed member name) feels this way."
