They offered to save me the trouble by picking up and delivering the ties along with the gravel. I consider this extremely excellent customer service, especially considering the small nature of the service request! In addition, they came in at a far lower price than competitors - (& they provided the convenience of picking up the railroad ties!) Caleb, who made the delivery was especially helpful and professional! If I have any other landscaping need, I will be sure to go to them, and only them!"

He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"
