"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. I spoke with a sales person about the products, pricing and warranty, a different person came out to take the final measurements, someone else called to schedule the job, and finally, the crew showed up to install the windows and doors. My sales person was Spencer Gaston. Spencer arrived on-time for the appointment. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He introduced the company (windows made in USA) and explained all the features of the windows thoroughly. The price he was able to offer was within my budget and significantly lower than I could find elsewhere. Another gentleman came a few days later to take the final measurements. He clearly explained that we'd need to remove the window and door coverings and how much room the installers would need. The windows were manufactured quickly. Someone called to schedule the installation. The installers arrived a half and hour early and got right to work. They laid down blankets to protect my belongings and flooring. The foreman encouraged asking questions. The only issue that arose was the adjustment of the screen on the sliding glass door. After I mentioned it, they fixed it to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves."

They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."
