He gave us a quote. We agreed to the work pending one additional site visit prior to start in order to clarify the scope of work. He agreed to a meeting. He never showed up. We called him 5 times and texted more than 6 times after that and he never answered our calls or texts. Very unprofessional.

James Beverly and crew worked on 3 projects for me (1) usual repair of front steps, renewing mortar and replacing chipped bricks (2) putting in a brand new flagstone patio adjoining my driveway (3) enlarging a small paver patio in front of my utility shed. Of the 3 people I contacted on this site, James was the only one who followed up on his promise to come and look and give me an estimate. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They completed the work as promised in a professional manner and showed a very strong work ethic. I would recommend them highly.

Project went as expected. James was prompt in getting to the job. Let me know when he would have to change the schedule. He did a fantastic job and I was beyond happy with his work. Would recommend him to anyone and will use him with any future brick work that I may have.

James came to the house and provided two options - repair just the damaged steps or re-point all the steps. We went with the re-point all the steps since this price was within our budget. The work was completed as scheduled. The additional work on the chimney was identified by owner after the original visit. James was able to work in the additional work on the same day as the steps. The charge for the additional work was reasonable. We are very pleased with the work.

James and his partner were nice guys. HOWEVER, the work was really awful. They broke irrigation lines, tore through gutter cleanouts, hit water mains. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. It was clear towards the end that they just wanted out as quickly as possible. I would NOT recommend having these guys do anything beyond a simple repair. When asked to come fix the patio that they had clearly botched, they told me they would come by, then no call/no showed me. Horrible business. DO NOT USE. I was fooled.
