"Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently."

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I had a number of various home repairs, some of which were rather difficult--malfunctioning kitchen drawer slides, garage door/tracks that were not originally installed correctly several years ago, and a broken iron gate hinge that someone else had attempted to fix previously without success.  These and other repairs were completed efficiently and effectively with expert results.  I am very pleased with their work and my garage door opens/closes better than ever!  James and his assistant were very courteous and I will definitely call them again when in need of home repair or improvement.

"Really great experience overall.  They built a back deck 220 square feet. Lots of detail- we really like the herringbone pattern they used for the floor pattern which prevented any end-to-end joints.  The arbor is further back in the rear hardscape, and it serves as a entryway to the kid's playhouse.  Exquisite design on the arbor as well, which was built with two park benches and a paver floor.  Very creative designer with an eye for detail and appropriate architecture to compliment and improve the look of existing structures.

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had
a few things that we wanted to get done to the house before we moved in. From
Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.
