"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Goliath Wendell and Daniel Carter were very open and honest regarding the potential issues of trying to refloat the slab to level it out. They pointed out the problem could actually get worse and there probably was not any void areas under the concrete to fill with polymer. They also pointed out the existing cracks would likely widen and openup an elevation gap between two slabs. I really appreciate their advice"

The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. "Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. The whole experience has been great and I highly recommend them for whoever is having water issues in their basement or crawl space."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

To start, Junior was upfront and honest during the quote, especially in areas where we could save money or piece the project out due to the large span and overall cost. Junior was very communicative regarding his scheduling and worked around our busy schedules. During the job, his crew did a fantastic job of marking and repairing the walls before painting, and the finished project was beyond our expectations. He pointed out a few areas of concern that her fixed in the drywall that we hadn’t even noticed or known to look for. As far as their professionalism, the House was almost certainly cleaner than when they came in, even during drywall repairs and sanding. "I called polecat remodeling to get a repair done to my hvac/ducts on June 4, 2020. My house was not staying cool and I realized there was some thing wrong with the hvac /ductwork under house. I was very impressed with the service. The man doing repair was out within 30 min to my home. He charged me a fair price and he was very professional and very polite too. I Immediately saw a difference in the air coming through the vents and house is nice and cool again. I will definitely be giving him my business again!
