"This is the second major project Ralph has done for us. He did a kitchen and bath remodel in 2019 and were very please with the results of that project. I got four estimates for this project and the Triangle Classic estimate was very competitive. Based on my earlier experience with them, I choose Triangle Classic over the others, even though they were a little higher than a couple of the bids. I trusted that I would get a high quality job done in a timely fashion. Having that confidence during a major project is worth a few thousand dollars. Ralph did not disappoint. He is very actively involved in his contracts and ensures his sub-contractors are doing quality work. The project was completed on time and only about 2% over budget. The over budget items were items that were outside the original contract or beyond the contractor's control. During the project, we made the decision to replace our concrete driveway. Ralph was kind enough to provide his sub to do the work at no profit to his business and he passed along his discount on the concrete. I'm very pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Ralph and Triangle Classic Homes."

They were patient with me and explained things until I understood. And they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. The owners, Joe and Lisa, were here everyday (4days) checking up on the guys and making sure everything was getting done and advising where he saw fit. Joe and Lisa would inspect every little thing with a flashlight to make sure it was done to their standards, which are very high. Joe saw something he didn’t like but it was fine with me. But he insisted that it wasn't to his standards and had his guys come back and redo it. They happily redid it and it looks so much better. I can't recommend Dixie Home Improvements enough.
