He did not have any business cars to give the customer. He came in, that does not cover his feet. He does not have anything professional about him. He don't have any tools to repair anything. He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something? As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

"Mr. Mcneil went out of his way to come at the end of a long day on a Friday evening to repair my furnace because the weather was predicted to be cold over the weekend. Originally he had said he would come on Monday, but he said he realized that the weather would make it an uncomfortable weekend for me and came after 6 PM to help me out. So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour. Also because of the Pandemic, I really appreciated his effort to stay far away from me and to not come into my house. We communicated by phone or at a great distance outside. This was very much appreciated."

"Carolina Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home, including the replacement of all of the original ductwork in the attic.  Consultant Jose was great.  He recommended a split duct system to allows the downstairs and upstairs to operate on separate thermostats.  He was able to schedule the installation in a timely manner.  The installation crew - Adrian, KJ, Joe and Aaron - were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each day.  The office staff were very responsive when I called with questions.  Carolina Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint.  I am very pleased with the installation and customer service.  I definitely recommend."
