Once again I contact Walter for some repair/upgrade work. This time it was for tearing out wood paneling in the kitchen and replacing it with wallboard. Walter and crew did a first class job. Results exceeded my expectations. Every day they were on time, worked diligently and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I joked that, after all the work Walter has done on this place that I need to put up a sign reading “ The house that Walter built!”. Walter and his team did a great job removing my old attic stairs and replacing it with a new, more energy-efficient, insulated attic stairs.

Over the years Walter has done multiple home improvement jobs for me. He and his team have always done a great job. If the were any problems Walter has been quick to make things right. His latest project for me was to build a Pergola on to my back deck. It turned out better than even I expected. Walter and his team worked through our latest extreme heat to get the job done. Walter was hired to tear out old bathroom flooring and repair subflooring damaged from moisture damage. He came to my home with one helper who between them tore out the old flooring well enough, and when I asked him what experience he had with concrete subfloor panels he assured me he was familiar with it. He put new plywood down in a couple areas and where the toilet went he just put down the backer board and didn't repair an entire floor joist that was cut. When he put the.concrete board down it immediately cracked and he called me in to say they were done for the day and would be back the following morning. I asked him to hand me his drill and looked panicked when I unscrewed the flooring to see what was done. When I saw he didn't put plywood subfloor down or repair the floor joist, I told him not to come the next day. He was fired. He assured me he intended to repair the joist the next day (from under the house) and somehow put new plywood flooring down after already laying the.concrete board on the floor. I paid him for the tear out done and for materials which was all that was accomplished, and rebuilt the floor and did it.correctly! I wouldn't let him build me a dog house! He got 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

Great team. Kept good communication throughout the project and always asked how I preferred things. All in all, outstanding work and reasonable prices. Would definitely hire them again!

Walter is very good at communicating and understanding your goals. He answers the phone every time you call. He did a beautiful job on our front porch rails. He accompanied me to go pick the materials, showed up every day we planned, completed the job on time and showed great attention to detail. It is perfect. I will call Walter anytime we need any work done at our house. Highly recommend.

Quality deck and pier prep, as well as stain application, is always highly dependent on weather conditions, and I appreciate that the contractor observed manufacturer's recommendations on temperature and moisture, forecasts, etc. Probably took longer, but great results. Good communication start to finish.

Mr. Bailey was extremely pleasant and cooperative to work with. He explained everything before he did it. He made sure that I was satisfied at every step. One of the tasks which he did was to install and paint a railing for my kitchen steps. While he was waiting for the paint to dry between coats, he even brought in my recycling bin for me! I highly recommend him and will be using his service myself in the future.

I am very happy with my new deck. He did a wonderful job, he was very pleasant to talk to and I would recommend him highly.

I have used Walter in the past. Both jobs done were well done. This job as he now has a crew that looked like a child play. When I can post pictures I will. A simple refresh on a tub surround, a 3 x 3 shower and just overlaying waterproof flooring over an existing floor took him over 3 weeks to accomplish with 4 people in a small 8 x 9 bathroom. Had to have him out twice to correct work. Walter told me he should not have to check the work of his workers. Bad choice of words. I still have a shower with a lumpy floor. The other issues I am currently correcting as he did not acknowledge my photos or my call from 3/31/2021. Update: 03/31/2021 I had to file a police report as his workers took the retirement gifts of my husband after 27 years of serving our country ( Crown Royal we do not drink) and the favorite rum of my dad that he brings here, so it is always here. His workers also drank my kids Gatorade and our White Claw that Walter blamed on my kids. I will not mention the fact that the shower pan is not flat. The integrity of his workers says it all. When my dogs grumble and my kids are not comfortable with his workers, that tells you everything.
