"Carolina Pro did an excellent job on power washing our cottage. Ryan does windows also and was willing to meet the price I normally pay another company ( even though it was lower than his normal charge) and he did a meticulous job. Ryan contacted me in a timely manner after I expressed interest on Home Advisor. He was prompt in getting me an estimate. He stayed in touch while I was getting other estimates, but he was not pushy, nor did he try to talk me into doing more power washing than I wanted done. I felt like he was honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Carolina Pro."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
