"Charlie the owner came to our home to discuss giving us an estimate for building a garage. He is a good listener. We walked the property and he was very knowlegable about what could and could not be done. He sat down with us in the house and gave a most excellent explanation of the process that goes into the planning and execution of such a project. He then gave us a date when he would get a written estimate to us with further detail. The estimate arrived as promised. It was clear and precise. Our available resources had to be devoted to a non-construction project and thus we were unable to continue further with the construction project.
