Some issues came up during the job with my interior drywall because the sheetrock was installed incorrectly. They didn’t hesitate to come in and fix the problem. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving where you couldn’t even tell they were there. I noticed an immediate difference in sound and comfort in the house. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. Excellent communication thru the whole process from estimate to installation. The insulation installers were on time and super nice and professional. It was 97 degrees (feels like was 106) the day the insulation was blown in the attic. They worked had, but safely and the finished product was great. It looked like a bed of clouds in my attic space. "Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service.
