Jerry Dodgen retired in 1998, the same year the company moved to its present location of 526 N. Broad St. Gastonia NC. Jerry’s son Rocky started working for his dad at age 12 after school, weekends and summers for $1.00/hr. Today Rocky Dodgen is the president of Parker-D and has over 38 years experience building fences (the only job he’s ever had!)
