CONTAIN A PET

We finally called Tony at Contain-a-pet and he installed it less than two days later. Our big boy is now happily contained every day - and has not gotten out yet, two years later. Tony is punctual, professional, and helpful. I've called a few times over the past two years for questions, and Tony calls back so quickly, even after hours. Definitely recommended. I don't remember what we paid for the service.

After 2 no call-no shows in 1 week finally got the fence fixed. 

A great experience. Punctual, reasonable, pleasant. Works perfectly. Our dog was trained by the first day he turned it on. It worked exactly as he told us. He helped us train our dog. It was very easy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy Scarafino is polite, professional, courteous and caring. He took time to describe in detail (in the pouring rain) how the fence would be installed, where & how the receiver would work, where & how the transmitter would be located.

Jeremy Scarasino was the 3rd pet containment system installer we consulted out of 4. We decided on Contain-A-Pet because of Jeremy's professionalism, dog training abilities, knowledge of all the systems, but mainly because of his honesty. Jeremy's little girl was very ill the Saturday he was to install the system. He called to let us know he would have to reschedule to the following day, which was Sunday. He came and installed the system on a very cold and wet Sunday. Once Jeremy had installed the system, he taught us how to work with our 2 year old Aussie for 15 minutes a day for the next week. At the end of the week, Jeremy came back and placed the electronic collar on Levi. After working with him a short while, we walked down the street and Levi stayed inside the fenced area. When Jeremy left and told us to we could call him 24/7 if we had any concern or problem. Our 12 week old Blue Heeler will be ready for her collar soon.

Immediate response, next day service. I was impressed with the product, its portability in case I wanted to use it elsewhere, and the professionalism of the company's representative, Jeremy.
