"Great response from initial call to completion of work. Plumber was knowledgeable and corrected a drain pipe issue. He needed a connection part and rather than come back the next day, he went to a local plumbing supply house and came back the same day so that we had our faucet working. Cost a bit more than we expected because our disposal was old and a connection part was missing and part was unavailable so we had to get a new disposal installed and this increased our cost by almost 200. Nevertheless the responsiveness and professionalism and work completion in a thorough and timely manner was important so we will hire again"

We realized the problem with water in the basement about 4:00 and Mike was here by 5 from Sevierville (about 45 minutes away) after all of the local plumbers told us to call back tomorrow morning.
