"Great response from initial call to completion of work. Plumber was knowledgeable and corrected a drain pipe issue. He needed a connection part and rather than come back the next day, he went to a local plumbing supply house and came back the same day so that we had our faucet working. Cost a bit more than we expected because our disposal was old and a connection part was missing and part was unavailable so we had to get a new disposal installed and this increased our cost by almost 200. Nevertheless the responsiveness and professionalism and work completion in a thorough and timely manner was important so we will hire again"

We realized the problem with water in the basement about 4:00 and Mike was here by 5 from Sevierville (about 45 minutes away) after all of the local plumbers told us to call back tomorrow morning. He had the clog that was at the septic tank fixed and was out of here by 5:45. He charged us $150 which was excellent comparing to the HomeAdvisor fee chart (which is really nice also).
