Still his cost may be slightly less than other plumber are asking. I rehired him for a second small job, which he was 45 minutes late for, and again the price increased from the original estimate. I told him my problem, toilet that took too long to fill and the toilet would sometimes not refill after flushing. He looked at it and told me what has to be done. He also mentioned that he noticed another problem, the toilet was not seated securely to the floor. I had recently had new flooring put in and the installer screwed up.
