Joe was a very talented and brilliant builder, Joe obtained an engineering degree and shared with me thru the years a ton of his knowledge such as building techniques, the structure of wood joints, properties of expansion, etc. We started off leveling and supporting structures such as houses, old buildings, and garages. then literally gutting everything such as wiring, plumbing, the whole interior and exterior getting ready for a complete rebuild. I was very fortunate to work with Joe, this experience has provided me the knowledge to install structures that could practically stand a lifetime or longer. Most projects are started and completed by me in a timely manner. If needed, I will normally hire very honest and skilled exempt contractors and sometime some highly recommended temp workers.
