Joe called me to do our gutters. He took a look at them and quoted me for $2700. It seemed high, but he is supposably the professional I went with it. I paid for half up front. Weeks pass. No one ever shows and he dodges all my phone calls and texts. We hired someone else who quoted me $850. The job will be complete in less than 24 hrs. If this was not Montana, we would show up at his house and demand my money back, but I do not want to get shot. I will be taking legal action with this.

Joe overcharged us by at least 6-7K. He did not provide a contract. He took the money and went on a drinking bender. When we tried to contact him, he did not return any messages. He broke our siding and denied doing it. His license was revoked. We ended up hiring other contractors that charged much less and were above board. We contacted a lawyer and will probably contact the police.

He did very good work, it was prompt and on time.

Very nice. knowledgeable, kind and honest. He cleaned before he left and went above and beyond and my wife was happy with the finished product. We plan to contact this business again in the summer for a deck project.

He came in on a pinch and did exactly what we needed, He was fair about his price, he explained what he was doing and any extra work or issues that came up

did not finish the work did not do $2000 wiped of work, bought 2 or 3 for supplies.

They came, provided a bid. Did very good work in a timely.
