He could have easily persuaded me to buy something from him, but instead told me I could get it cheaper online and do it myself. He then told me how to do it. I was very impressed with his honesty and willingness to help.

I called several stores to get estimates on the cost of repairing my screen. His estimate was the lowest and so I made an appointment to have the screen replaced. He ordered my screen and then called to keep me updated when it did not arrive as planned. When it arrived I took in my phone and left it with him for a few hours to have it repaired. When i came back to get it he help me add a few accessories I had purchased elsewhere on to the phone (like a very difficult to put on otterbox). This guy even helped me fix my settings a few days later after I messed them up for no charge. He was honest and did a fantastic job on the repair.
