I call a great selection of sub-contractors who I have known over the years and who are greatly qualified to do the job at hand. Small jobs require payment at the end of the job, and longer ones is usually divided into 3rds. Materials required for the job will have a 15% mark-up for handling. There is a minimum charge fee on smaller jobs or services.

"I was very impressed with Tom on the initial contact. The set of painters that came to the house were excellent. Covered all the surfaces, matched the stain well and cleaned up after. Very friendly. When it came time to reinstall the doors there was a hiccup with the hinges. Then during installation one of the hinges was faulty...Thankfully the installer did have an extra with him. The doors that were stained are more white than my original stain. And I notice afterward the top of one of the doors wasn't covered properly with the stain."
