Small jobs require payment at the end of the job, and longer ones is usually divided into 3rds. Materials required for the job will have a 15% mark-up for handling. There is a minimum charge fee on smaller jobs or services.

"Cob it, Busy Bee was initially hired to do exterior surface preparation, and re-staining of my log home, garage and playhouse. They were very reliable, and made extra trips back and forth from their home base which is three hours away to make sure things ran smoothly at the job site. While at this jobsite with all their equipment and materials, Bill offered to prep and stain my fence, a picnic table, a porch swing and a porch bench at no extra charge. The project was finished last Spring of 2016 and he returned back the next Spring of 2017 just to make sure that I was completely satisfied as well as re-inspecting their work."
