Small job but local tile installers & plumbers wouldn't do it because of liability of cracking tiles or hitting electrical/plumbing behind wall despite my knowing location of electrical/plumbing/studs. I've never drilled porcelain tile & watched lots of YouTube instructional videos but didn't want to risk cracking either due to my lack of experience. I found Bill on Angie and he responded immediately and continued to contact me for a convenient time to do job as I was traveling. "Steven is a hard worker but I would not hire again due to the fact he had cut our 220 wire leading to our bathroom heater. Steven did not inform us that it was cut. When the weather turned colder we tried to use the heater. We called our regular electrician and he informed us the wire had been cut during the bathtub installation."
