"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Customer service 0/10. A very surly person answers the phone. They promise a call back. Nope. I had to keep calling. A technician arrived without notifying me he was coming, and was rude and aggressive. He said he?d been forced to come but he didn?t know why, and he didn?t want to be there. He rattled a few wires and declared the unit ?toast.? I put in a call to Renzy (owner?) asking him to call me. No one would pick up the phone so I left a message. Nope. Haven?t heard a thing. I do NOT recommend this company."

"I had an emergency in that my new home that I just bought and hadn't been able to occupy as I was in another state. The gas hadn't been hooked up yet and there was no heat. We were entering into a week of temperatures below zero so there was a threat of the pipes bursting. Chris came over and was able to figure out a solution and keep tabs on the situation. He definitely went above and beyond and was able to offer me peace of mind! I will definitely not only use his services, but recommend him to others!"
