Mr C's Chimney & Air Duct Cleaning

Never answered my phone calls although i left several messages. Why advertise if you don't want to work. At least answer you phone. I ened up waiting 5 more weeks and had a real chimney sweep from Helena, MT do the work.

Punctual. Owner and 2 employees came. Explained process. Did what they said they would do. Cleaned everything up well. Would use them again, and their pricing was competitive to other bids we got.

The service was good and efficient in time.  He was courteous and friendly.  We got to see pictures of "the before" and "the after" on each duct.  The floor vents were cleaned after the ducts were cleaned.  We didn't realize how dirty the vents really were until this service was conducted.

The provider was respectful of my property, responsive and did a good job.  I would use them again.

They were not only on time but early!  Who does that in the service industry any more? They took great care to cover before they began the chimney inspections.  They were very thorough in the inspection of chimneys.  They took the time to explain the chimney set up since it is a very old home.  They were professional and courteous.  Wouldn't use anyone else for chimney or duct cleaning work!!!

It didn't go well from start to finish.  We were told our chimney didn't need to be cleaned but it would cost $500 to just clean the ducts.   We just purchased our house and were trying to get some things done.  Not sure of the exact date, but put an approximate one in order to do this survey.  I was under the impression they were going to give us an estimate before doing anything.

They arrived on time and were very neat and clean.  You can really tell the difference in the amount and quality of the air coming through the air ducts since the cleaning.  I would recommend them and plan on using them to clean my chimney.

Mr. C and his team where wonderful!  They came in did their job, explained somethings to me, cleaned up any messes.. Very professional and nice people!!  Would diffently recomend them and would diffently use them again!

I was impressed.  Very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  Cleaned up well after the job.  I would definitely hire them again.  I coordinated the work for five of our condos and communications was excellent.  Lamonte kept me up to date all along the way.  They did a good job on all the units.
