"I was told by another company that they no longer serviced the pellet stove that I had. I thought it was gonna have to buy a new one. So I called American heating and cooling and refrigeration. They came out less than a week. Had to order the part and came back and installed it. Aaron did an awesome job. It was thorough. He explained things to me and I was very happy with the service that I got. I will be using them if I need service again. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Customer service 0/10. A very surly person answers the phone. They promise a call back. Nope. I had to keep calling. A technician arrived without notifying me he was coming, and was rude and aggressive. He said he?d been forced to come but he didn?t know why, and he didn?t want to be there. He rattled a few wires and declared the unit ?toast.? I put in a call to Renzy (owner?) asking him to call me. No one would pick up the phone so I left a message. Nope. Haven?t heard a thing. I do NOT recommend this company."

You can turn a red brick white through a process called whitewashing. Whitewash isn’t a stain but rather is made from water and white latex paint. Adding more water to the mix will make the solution look lighter when applied, and adding more paint will make it look more white.
